At Delta College, we are committed to supporting your success in every way possible. If you’re facing challenges accessing essential needs like food, housing, transportation or other resources, the Coordinated Care Network program is here for you. Our goal is to help you reduce barriers so you can focus on your education and thrive during your college journey.
To request help with community resources, fill out a request on the "I need help with..." card in MyDelta and select the "Food, Housing, or Transportation" option. You are welcome to do so through the MyDelta app or MyDelta.
